Toe ductor kits are the most effective easiest to install and cost effective method available for rerouting existing wall baseboard and floor heat vents under a cabinet and out the toe kick register.
Fabricated from plywood scraps the deflector can be easily sealed to both the subfloor and the cabinet ensuring that all of the conditioned air from the concealed duct is directed into the kitchen. According to the guys at structure tech this one actually does have a duct above the floor level. That whole area under the cabinet becomes a duct. Although i ve seen some houses with rectangular ducting off of a round boot to the backside of the toe kick but that seems to be the exception here. The other problem here is that the register you see installed in the toekick of the kitchen cabinets is not connected to any duct work.
6 supply duct with 2 1 2 x 12 register. The cabinet will attach to the cleats. However i did have cabinet sides that reach the floor though. Doesn t look like your cabinets do that so you may want to add some wood there.

So the duct was only about 2 wide under the cabinet. In this case the register comes up under an island cabinet. Starting at 59 order here. I suppose you could go to a sheet metal shop and get something fabricated or buy some rectangular duct and make your own vent box under the cabinet but you either need to have exceptional precision and good shears or factor in a flex boot that will fit into the 3 5 4 toe kick of the cabinet and still get it attached to all parts.
My issue as titled. Most cabinets have integral toe voids as opposed to kick ladders being built installed separately. The best solution available for installing forced hot air heat vents in cabinet toe kicks.
