To remove water marks from your cabinets with a homemade solution combine 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise with 1 or 2 teaspoons of wood ash and mix well. Plywood is also stronger than mdf and won t be as susceptible to water damage when it gets wet.
Leave the cabinet doors open if the sink is installed above one. Sand down the swelled particleboard using a pad sander and 100 grit sandpaper.
